The Inn’s guest rooms are each comfortably furnished in the personal style of a family member who might have lived here a century ago. The new farmhouse and atrium feature radiant floor heat for maximum comfort and allergy relief. The inn is smoke and pet free. The first floor guest rooms and atrium are wheelchair accessible.
For our inn rooms rates, weekdays and weekends are now different. Weekdays include a “grab and go” breakfast; weekend guests get a full farm breakfast.

Rates are based on double occupancy, and include breakfast. All charges are subject to applicable taxes. Children are welcome, and there is no charge for children under 12. We regret no pets. Check in time 3 to 6 PM. (After 6 PM – walk back to the barn to retrieve your host – who will be engaged in the evening milking & barn chores. Besides, the goats want to meet you). Check out time 10:30 AM.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits (50% of total booking) will be required for stays of 4 or more nights.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within two days of your scheduled arrival date will be subject to full charge. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy.

Annabelle’s Room
Annabelle’s Room is a colorful first floor room with a queen size bed. The French doors open onto our wraparound porch and look out over the lawn, where you’re sure to see chickens and maybe a couple of ducks! Annabelle’s room includes a private shower and is wheelchair accessible.

Hattie Mae’s Room
Hattie Mae’s room is spacious and elegant, decorated with antique furniture and beautiful local pottery. This room offers French doors that open onto the wraparound porch with a beautiful view of the lawn. The large private bathroom features a roll-in shower equipped with handicap-friendly features. Wheelchair accessible.
